I’m David Rich and I am passionate about helping founders and executives navigate transition because I have been there.
As an entrepreneur, investor, and advisor, I have been where you are. I have started and sold several businesses, and experienced transitions both good and bad. As a coach, I am passionate about providing clarity, accountability and certainty for founders, owners, and executives navigating transition in their businesses and careers. My goal is to provide the kind of support and community I lacked in my own journey. When not coaching, I am always in search of new adventures. I have lived overseas with my family, visited over 50 countries, and climbed several of the world’s highest peaks.
David divides his time between the woods of Redding, Connecticut and the city of Barcelona, Spain. He’s available to work virtually or in person with clients around the world.
